We put ourselselves under scope
As the Nursing Services in Acibadem Health Group, we would like to publicize our nursing quality indicators.
In order to measure and progress the quality of nursing care and patient services and improve the patient satisfaction provided in Acibadem Health Group, we have been monitoring various quality indicators since the year 2002.
Every year we are having meetings to freshen our awareness and knowledge about our facilities with the increasing number of newly opening hospitals and bench marking with other international institutions. We have been sharing AHG’s results and clinical data with our staff in the last years..
On the other hand this is the first attempt in Turkey, to publish “Acibadem Kadıköy, Acıbadem Kozyatagı, Acıbadem Bakırköy, Acıbadem Bursa, Acıbadem Kocaeli Hospital and International Hospital” indicator’s comparative results from the years 2007-2008-2009 through our web site.
As Acibadem Health Group, we aim to provide the best services, the best nursing care to our patients and we always entail the utmost importance to the patient safety and patient satisfaction. We believe these results would be guiding us for providing better services to our patients.
