Built on 22,000 square meter of covered area, the hospital is located in Ortakent (literally “middle town“) and is easily accessible from all around the Bodrum peninsula, including the airport, ports and the marinas.  The hospital’s internal spaces reflect the serenity and beauty of Bodrum: high ceilings, abundant use of windows, inpatient rooms with scenic views of the Aegean coastline, internal gardens, tranquil color and material choices and lush landscaping offer patients an environment most supportive of healing.

General hospital with specialized care: 
Providing inpatient and outpatient services with 78 beds and 4 operating rooms, Acibadem Bodrum Hospital is especially strong in areas of general surgery, cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, orthopedics and traumatology, obstetrics and gynecology and pediatrics. Emergency Department, with separate, easy access entrances for walk-ins and ambulances, has special rooms for resuscitation, surgical and orthopedic intervention and 10 observation beds, 2 of which specifically designed for children. Endoscopy suite, with 2 recovery beds, is equipped to perform upper and lower endoscopies and colonoscopies. Experienced cardiology team can perform all kinds of angiographies, angioplasties, stent implantations and valve procedures, in the cardiac catheterization laboratory which has 5 observation beds. Aesthetic surgery and cosmetic dermatology complement the range of services at Acibadem Bodrum Hospital.

Many firsts are introduced to the region with Acibadem Bodrum Hospital:
Radiology Department boasts 1.5 MRI, 256-slice computer tomography which can accurately image cardiac vessels in less than 6 seconds, digital mammography, digital x-ray, panoramic x-ray, colored doppler ultrasonographs and digital image archiving and transfer system (PACS) which completely integrates Acibadem Bodrum Hospital with rest of the Acibadem institutions.  Nuclear Medicine infrastructure includes a gamma camera for cardiac, bone and whole-body sintigraphies  and bone densitometry, as well as a PET-CT investment which, when completed will be another first for the region.

High level intensive care for patients with critical needs:
Realizing the need for highest-level intensive care in Bodrum and the surrounding areas, Acibadem offers 4 intensive care units meeting the needs of different group of critically ill patients: Neonatal intensive care unit, cardiovascular intensive care unit, coronary intensive care unit and a general (medical/surgical) intensive care units–with a total of 20 bed capacity. General intensive care unit has a unique design: single intensive care rooms for each patient with daylight and adjacent observation/visitation rooms for family creating a uniquely comfortable environment for Acibadem Bodrum’s patients and their families.
