Acıbadem City Clinic Medical Center Varna opened in April 2011 and is the largest outpatient surgery center in Eastern Bulgaria. The clinic employs 130 people, out of which more than 67 physicians.

In 2016, with the acquisition of City Clinic and Tokuda by Acıbadem Healthcare Group, Acıbadem City Clinic Medical Center Varna started collaborating internationally with Acıbadem Hospitals in 5 countries. This has led to the achievement of scientific results at a high level and, in particular, to the development and integration of scientific research, treatment and training, all aimed to provide excellence in healthcare.

The total service area of the center is 2,000 square meters with 28 Physician examination rooms, 3 Procedure rooms, 1 Operating rooms, fully equipped clinical laboratory and major imaging modalities, upper and lower endoscopy suite.

Acıbadem City Clinic Medical Center Varna consistently has grown its outpatient practice, now consisting of more than 67 specialists. The Center includes the medical services of Cardiology, Endocrinology and Disorders of Metabolism, ENT, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Medical Oncology, Ophtalmology, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Pneumology and Phthysiatry, Psychiatry, Dermatology, General Surgery, Urology and Vascular Surgery.

The Urology department performing mainly minimally-invasive and laser operations with latest methods. At the department Extracorporeal Shock-wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) is performed in the department for treat kidney stones.

Medical Technologies

At Acıbadem City Clinic Medical Center Varna, X-Ray and mammography examinations, CT scans and MRI scans are performed with the advanced medical equipment. Whole Body MRI, 4D Breast Ultrasonography, EUS (Endoscopic ultrasonography) which can scan the whole body in a single session are used to detect tumors at an early stage.
